How to stop eating sweets and drinking coffee

Now there is an explanation why I do not have rashes on my face, circles under my eyes and I look much younger than my peers.

I had a habit of drinking coffee since childhood. Every morning from the age of 11, I began with aromatic natural coffee, which my mother brewed in a Turk. The coffee was strong with sugar, but without milk – I didn’t like it since childhood.

Having entered the university, I drank coffee not only in the morning, but also during the day, and even at night, preparing for tests and exams. When you’re 18, your skin looks great with a moisturizer.

I began to notice the first changes at the age of 23, then I began to drink latte with caramel syrup and sugar. Small redness appeared on the skin, and since my whole life was perfect for me and even at a transitional age I did not suffer from acne, it became suspicious for me. At that moment, I still did not understand that I was lactose intolerant, and in every possible way I treated and masked the signs of inflammation. After a while, my skin no longer shone and was so tired. Of course, creams with vitamin C, which give the skin a healthy look, and highlighters came to my rescue.

I was seriously scared that I was getting old and would no longer look young and beautiful. After talking with several nutritionists and beauticians, I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to give up coffee and sugar. They were followed by croissants, which I used for breakfast almost every day. Pizza was also banned for me, although I love it very much.

Everyone knows that a habit is developed in 21 days, but it was very difficult to sustain them. The first time I was “lost”, went with my colleagues for my morning coffee. But then she began to do it less and less. After the first month, when my coffee intake was noticeably reduced, the dark circles under my eyes almost disappeared, and my skin was again not an earthy tint. Of course, this impressed me, and I realized that I definitely don’t drink coffee anymore.

I replaced coffee with tea with ginger and lemon, which I drink in the morning and feel several times more cheerful. At first I wanted to add sugar to my tea, which I did, but then I ran out of sugar at home and I deliberately decided not to buy it. I replaced the sweetener with half a teaspoon of honey, which I just hate. This lasted about two months, then I also refused honey.

The nutritionist has repeatedly told me that as soon as I stop using sugar (in pure form and in products), the skin will immediately become clean and moisturized, inflammatory processes will disappear, and digestion will improve significantly. It was all that way.

More than six months have passed and I feel much better. My skin looks perfect again, instead of my 24, everyone thinks that I’m 19, which is very nice. I lost a little weight, which is also quite good. It remains only to get rid of the addiction to chocolate, which I intend to do in the near future.

Honestly, I can still drink a latte once a month, but it’s always with almond or coconut milk and no sugar. I know for sure that this habit will never return to me, because the desire to look younger for me is higher than a dubious pleasure. In addition, a small portion of good natural coffee will rarely harm me, because it contains many antioxidants that are beneficial for blood vessels.
