According to the operating rules for the normal operation of the refrigerator, it is necessary to provide the appropriate conditions:
- the device should not be exposed to heat – direct sunlight, a nearby battery or stove;
- room humidity should not exceed 80%;
- Do not use the household appliance in unheated rooms, as at temperatures below 0 ° C freon freezes, which is used as a refrigerant. Suitable temperature range: 16 to 32 ° C.
- There must be at least 7 cm of free space between the back of the unit and the wall.
Some models of foreign manufacturers are designed for a voltage of 115V, therefore, they need to organize a safe power supply system with grounding. Devices can be protected with a voltage stabilizer – a 600V household transformer.
If there is not enough free space in the kitchen, food storage equipment can be installed in the corridor, on the insulated balcony or in the living room. But do not use a pantry or other small locked space for this. Poor air circulation can lead to malfunction of the device and damage.
