Boiled condensed milk is an ideal component for making cream, they are airy and practically do not cause allergies in children. After all, the composition is simple – milk and sugar. It is enough to boil condensed milk directly in a jar – and the cream is almost ready.

How to make condensed milk cream

What you need:

    Milk – 300 ml
  • Flour – 1 Art. l
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Butter – 70 grams
  • Boiled condensed milk – 1 can
  • Vanillin

The first step is to put the pan of milk on the fire. Whisk the eggs while heating the milk. After that, add flour to them and stir until there are no lumps. Then pour warm milk into the eggs in a thin stream, stirring with a whisk. The resulting liquid must be poured back into the pan and put on low heat. Cook until thickened, while stirring. After the cream has thickened, add oil to it and stir until the oil dissolves. Next, you should wait a little for the cream to cool down. Then the boiled condensed milk needs to be mixed a little in a separate bowl. After that, add cream to the condensed milk in small portions and stir until smooth.
