How to lose weight

Before breakfast

Milk with turmeric.

Warm 1 cup skim milk, add 1/2 tsp. turmeric and 1/2 tsp. honey. Pour into a thermos and let it brew for 30 minutes. Drink half a glass in the morning after shaking.

Breakfast

3-4 small slices of whole grain bread;

Butter (amount with hazelnuts) or 1 tsp. jam;

Tea or coffee;

1 apple or 1 tangerine.

Dinner

Green beans salad;

A slice of lean beef fried without oil (100 g);

1 carrot, steamed or boiled, with salt;

Baked apple with sugar-free cinnamon.

String Bean Salad

  • 200 g green beans (frozen)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Art. l. olive oil
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds

Cook the beans in salted water until al dente. Cut ½ orange into small slices. Squeeze the juice from the other half of the orange and mix it with the olive oil. Season the beans, add the chopped orange and sprinkle with the seeds.

Snack

1 natural yogurt with 2 tbsp. l. oat bran ();

4 almonds.

Dinner

200 g green salad with peanut butter and vinegar dressing;

Omelet from 1 egg with the addition of 1 tbsp. l. boiled red lentils;

1 natural low-fat yogurt;

Compote from any fruit or berries.

At night

1 cup of clove and star anise tea. This drink removes toxins and speeds up the metabolism.

1 tsp black tea

½ tsp cloves and 1 star anise

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over tea and spices and let it brew for 5 minutes.
