In such a complex matter as taking care of your body, it is important to give yourself the correct positive attitude. And this must be done from the beginning of each new day. No morning should be complete without exercise. Even the shortest exercise from the school physical education curriculum! It energizes for the whole day and invigorates.

Many will argue: there are so many things to do in the morning, we are always in a hurry and always late, what kind of exercise? I will answer: if you have set a goal for yourself, then you need to fulfill it even through “I can’t”. Get up and do it! I had to get myself back on my feet after terrible diagnoses. And I, overcoming the pain, practiced and got in shape. Therefore, there is nothing easier than forcing yourself to get up a little earlier in the morning. It is not necessary to spend a lot of time on morning exercises. Even 15 minutes will be enough to tone your muscles and start the day in a positive way.

Drink the right one

If you are going to start taking care of your body, then you just need to pay attention to what you drink. In our body, about 80% of the liquid. If you strive for a beautiful body, then this liquid should be useful. Drinks can create mood, energy and strength.

For example, soda and alcohol are clearly not helpful. And, by the way, neither I nor Pasha drink alcohol. For what? To relax? We find other ways for this. I prefer ginger tea with lemon, green, herbal, fresh juices (you can mix fruits and vegetables), various cocktails (for example, protein or protein). And be sure to drink water, plain water. It cleanses the body very well. During the day I try to drink at least a liter of water.

You are what you eat and what you think

My mother always said: “You are what you eat and what you think about!” I learned this lesson. To get in shape, you don’t have to exhaust yourself with diets. I am generally not a supporter of diets, especially rigid ones. And if you sit down on it, it is better to use the advice and recommendations of experts. For me, proper and healthy eating has become a lifestyle. There are no junk food in my diet, but I am not starving.

Many people think that proper nutrition doesn’t taste good. This is also a misconception. Poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, soups, cereals, dairy products – all this is not only tasty, but also healthy. Now you can find a huge number of recipes for healthy cuisine, and in stores you can buy healthy products for any income. To start eating right, you just need to start respecting yourself and your body. And feed it with quality products, and not junk food, which will eventually lead to rapid aging. Proper nutrition is not just a set of dietary products, it is a whole philosophy of attitude towards oneself.

Don’t waste time feeling sorry for yourself.

A well-designed daily schedule, even if you are a nursing and working mother, is the key to success. It is important to correctly prioritize and set aside time for yourself – get up at 6 in the morning, do exercises while the children are still sleeping. And you can safely go about your business. You can do everything if you do not feel sorry for yourself and do not complain about your life. Everything will burn in your hands if you know how to control yourself. One must be able to value time, because life is fleeting. I especially felt this when my mother left … Therefore, clearly allocate time in your life, find it for everyone, including yourself. Do not waste it on unnecessary things, worries, on petty problems and petty people. And you will see how time works for you.

Try to look at yourself from the outside and evaluate yourself critically. When I finished my sports career, I said: “That’s it, I will do what I want! I’ll have burgers, cheeseburgers, fries and cakes! ” As a result, I recovered from 42 kg to 80 … I felt ashamed to appear in public. And one day on the beach a woman recognized me and was surprised that in life I was so fat. I was not offended, but told her: “Thank you very much!” And I saw myself from the side, dressed in my mother’s things. I realized that all this happened because of my promiscuity … We must not be lazy, not find excuses: it takes a lot of effort, time, money. All this is nonsense! You need to pull yourself together. And you need to love yourself. Surround yourself with love, tranquility and the closest people. Believe me, this is the most important motivation – to be the most beautiful for your loved ones.
