How to lose weight in #Sekta
So we reached the final! Nine weeks of the #Sekta Ideal Body School basic course are over. Our girls have achieved excellent results, acquired good habits and became real beauties.

“Nine weeks of my immersion in the world of healthy nutrition have passed. I will not say that I have achieved super results. I am in the process, but there are results. I bought new dresses and meet summer with a new size of clothes! I am independent of food and feel when I really want to eat and what exactly I want. I passed the test of a banquet in nature, my body gave preference to plain water, vegetables, chicken kebabs and fruits.
All these nine weeks I stubbornly walked towards the goal, and for this I am very grateful to myself. Of course, I’m a lazy person and I didn’t have a perfect training path. But I was active in other areas of life, and therefore I forgive myself for that. I have become easier! It’s incredibly enjoyable. BUT the plans are still a continuation. What we have now is an intermediate success, I will move on! Curators # Sekty – you are the best! Perhaps I have never met so much tact and patience in one place. They always approached each of us individually. I am grateful to you for your knowledge, for your patience and for our excellent preparation. I am also very grateful to my family: although they refused to eat legumes with me, they heroically survived the reduction in baked goods, experienced the appearance of a huge number of new products in our house and the constant eating of the right food by me anywhere. They love me any, but they like a prettier mother in new dresses undoubtedly more. I like myself, but I keep going towards the goal. “

“At the very beginning, our curator Yulia said that nine weeks is not just a period that needs to be endured and tortured, and then put an end to it. No, 9 weeks is just the beginning. And now I understand these words. Before # Sekt, I often said to myself: “That’s it! I’m starting to eat right! ” But I was not even enough for a day. And all because of a lack of knowledge. No wonder #Sekta is a school. After all, first of all, it teaches you to better understand yourself and your body. When I started practicing, many friends asked what and how to eat in order to lose weight. I told everything, but they still complained: “Today I ate tiramisu, but next week I eat exactly according to the rules!” I listened and remembered myself in about the same situation. And it’s not even that at the School of the Ideal Body a curator checks your diary every day and monitors your diet. It is important that at the very beginning they explain to you all the principles of the body’s work: what is better for it and what is worse; motivate and support you correctly throughout the journey. It was incredibly easy for me to follow all the recommendations. The most important thing is that you adapt the entire system to your life. I used to think that #sectors find it difficult to spend time with a company where everyone is eating the same pizza, for example. But in reality, you are not adjusting to the system, but you are adjusting it to yourself. And at the huge table you can always choose something most useful, and a small slice of pizza with friends will not harm your figure. In addition, the goal of the course is to teach you intuitive nutrition, that is, you listen to the body and you yourself understand when and what you need, what you want to eat.
About training. In #Sekt, I felt an unreal pleasure from physical activity. I was often sad when I had to skip workouts. What I like most is that you don’t just come to sweat, but you try to do more and better every time. It’s like you’re challenging yourself. And this is very motivating. Do you hate squats? Excellent! Let’s make them! I got a motivation for sports in general. Now I want to cycle more distance, do more push-ups in the physical education class, I want to go jogging and much more. It was also nice: when I reached 15 laps “morning”, my friend looked into the diary and was very surprised. After all, she herself can barely make five.
Now my friends tell me that I lost weight at the end of the ninth week, and it seems that you can eat everything again. But no! The goal of a healthy diet is not just weight loss. First of all, it is health and well-being. Even if I wanted to eat everything, healthy eating has already become a habit, and more and more often the answer to the question “what do I want?” coincides with the answer to the question “what does my body need now?”
Well, in conclusion, I want to say a huge thank you to Woman’s Day for these incredible 9 weeks, for this chance to change my life, which I took advantage of. And thanks to the # Sekt curators – they are incredibly kind, cool, responsive people who really love their job and really love to help. Communication with curators is another separate and great pleasure! “

Remember, your training and diet is an endless field of exploration and experimentation. Keep trying new foods and activities. Always look for something that will please you and not become a burdensome necessity.
Set realistic goals for yourself. The most effective is the one that involves a process, not an end result. You may or may not lose 5 kg, but reasonable physical activity and a healthy diet will keep you healthy, fit and full of energy. Let the tools that #Sekta taught you be a kind of constructor from which you will choose the parts you need every day. “
