Participants of the joint project Woman’s day and the #Sekta School of the Perfect Body shared their first emotions and results.

At the beginning of April, the winners of our competition began to study at the #Sekta School of the Perfect Body. And at our request, they keep a diary. Today we publish their first impressions.

My impressions of the first week at Perfect Body School.

About tomorrow. Every morning I started with:

– warm-up and a five-minute workout – it takes very little time and allows you to finally drive away the rest of the sleep;

– oatmeal in water without sugar and salt, without bread, without milk. And already on the third day I felt that the oatmeal itself was sweetish, slightly salty, and in general – self-sufficient;

– from collecting containers for each meal – quickly and conveniently according to a pre-compiled list in the evening.

About the diet. During the week, I ate every 3 hours, and also had snacks – for the first three days it seemed to me that I was constantly eating! Portions of 250 ml (exactly ml, not grams) at first did not satisfy the appetite, but then you realize that satiety comes about 15 minutes after a meal. Water or tea should be drunk before meals or after – with a difference of 15-30 minutes. There were no big difficulties with this, except that I sometimes forgot to drink water – I set the alarm clock on my phone. I discovered for myself that it is easier to drink more water before lunch.

About restrictions. I don’t use: bread (except for whole grain), sweets, sugar, salt, spices, milk, fried, pickled. In the 1st week, fruits are also excluded from the diet – and this was a real challenge for me. Even sweets are not as desirable as banana, apple and grapes. All this was replaced by carrots, beets and bell peppers. I really love the last vegetable, it literally saves me! Looking forward to Monday !!

About a Sunday treat. Once a week (on Sunday), you can eat anything – in the amount of 1 serving. Today I made a list of what I want the most, and again – fruit comes first! But Monday is still coming for fruit, so on Sunday I eat a chocolate cheesecake – and I think it will be the tastiest cheesecake in my life!

About chat… Communication of all participants of the School of the Ideal Body is one of the elements of the program. There are 18 of us in the chat – and each of our questions will always be answered by one of the curators, for every complaint – someone from the participants will support or sympathize, even just – pono with you.

About training. We train every day (except Sunday). Each workout is different from the previous one, there is always something new, unusual exercises. For example, “skier”, “snowboarder”, a set of exercises with the apt name “Stas”. All this makes you take a fresh look at your capabilities. It is difficult, difficult, but when you see fifteen people nearby, just like you – tired after a work or school day, eating just like you – it gives new strength. You feel their mute support and you can’t help but try for yourself, and for the sake of the same mute support to others.

The workouts at the Ideal Body School are very dynamic, squeezing out all the juices, they showed me that: 1. I can do a lot. 2. I can’t do much. And in fact, the second conclusion pleases me most of all – it tells me that I have something to strive for!

Here it is – my first #Sunday delicious! Roll Philadelphia. Initially, however, a chocolate cheesecake was planned, but it was not available, so that’s it. Favorite taste of Philadelphia has opened in a new way!

My first week at the Ideal Body School #Sekta.

It is a little unusual to realize that not only workouts are intense, but also their number per week. 6 lessons flew past me at the speed of light, apparently, overly busy days filled with different types of activities, and in my case, this is study and work. And if earlier I wanted to rest and sleep more, now morning and evening begin with intense workouts, warming up and pumping the whole body.

The first day of the week started off actively, and I managed to keep this positive attitude in me. Exercise is a joy for me, even after the scantiest or, on the contrary, busy day. I arrive tired, but I leave cheerful and optimistic.

I cannot say that there were no difficulties at all. Basic difficulties experienced in nutrition and grocery shopping. Thinking over your diet, as it turned out, is not so easy. In particular, the habit of old diets and rash snacks was still subconscious in me. Therefore, it was difficult to give up salt and various flavors.

Also, sweet had to be completely eliminated, but now, I feel that you can live without it or easily find a replacement in the same fresh carrots or other tasty and healthy ingredients. During this week, I got acquainted with many useful products that I myself would hardly have paid attention to. These are lentils, wheat germ, whole grains, etc.

We use many muscles in training, and after the first week, I notice in my mirror the muscles that have appeared on the arms and legs… They would not have been particularly noticeable to me if it were not for the opinions and comments of my loved ones about the changes that have appeared. I can’t say that training is relaxation and joy, I wash my uniform more often than ever, because every day you can take off your shirt and squeeze it from such an intense work.

Previously, I did not monitor my diet and physical fitness. Now me you have to think over your diet for the day and carry food and water with you. Eat and train more often. This is great. I see a change in myself. I know my goal. And I get support from others. This means that I am on the right track. The start is set. I look forward to continuing my transformation.
