How to get rid of cellulite

The main anti-cellulite program: fitness

1. Need: rubber band.

Fasten one end on your right leg, step on the other end with your left foot to securely fix it (or tie it to the leg of a cabinet, chair, table …). Standing on your left leg, do slow lifts with your right leg. On the count of 1-2-3, raise your leg to the side, pause for 1 second, then lower it by 1-2-3. Repeat 20 times.

Attention! The load should be felt throughout the entire exercise.

2. Need: rubber band.

This exercise completely repeats the previous one, except that the leg raises are not to the side, but to the back. To work out the back of the thigh, 20 repetitions are enough.

Attention! Don’t bend your leg to engage your glutes.

3. You will need: a dumbbell weighing 1 – 1,5 kg.

Get on all fours, bend your right knee and hold a dumbbell between your calves and the back of your thigh. Raise your leg slowly, limiting the amplitude during which you will feel the load on the buttock. Do 20 reps, switch legs, and do 20 reps on your left leg.

Attention! In the initial position, the bent knee of the “working” leg does not touch the floor.

 

Alternative: swimming pool

* Grasp the side with your hands and do energetic information and leg extensions – at your maximum speed and maximum amplitude. Do at least 30 double reps.

* Grasp the side with your hands and simulate the crawl leg movements for 5-10 minutes, depending on your fitness level.

Additional anti-cellulite course: massage techniques

Massage with essential oils will help to improve blood circulation, activate lymph flow, establish metabolic processes and return a flat surface to adipose tissue. Choose citrus (orange, lemon, grapefruit) or coniferous (juniper, cypress) oils. Add them to the massage oil or enrich the ready-made anti-cellulite treatment with them at the rate of 5 – 7 drops per tablespoon of the “base”. Perform intense smoothing movements with the base with your palm, “walking” in different directions, then clench your hands into a fist and use your knuckles to walk over all problem areas 2 – 3 times.
