How to follow a liquid diet

This diet means only liquid food. Is it dangerous and to whom is it shown what is on this diet? Adherents of the diet consider it a transitional stage between a raw food diet and a prano diet.

The liquid diet is suitable as a short-term detox for those looking to lose extra pounds, or as a multi-week diet as a strict form of veganism. The transition to a drinking diet necessarily requires a doctor’s consultation.

The main condition for eating food on a liquid diet is the consistency of the dishes. Any vegetables, fruits and berries, preferably raw, should be eaten in liquid form. Vegetables can also be baked or boiled. The basis of the diet is smoothies, fresh juices, mashed soups, decoctions of herbs and berries, water, the use of nuts and seeds, finely ground for easy swallowing, is allowed.

 

Not all liquid foods can be used on this diet. For example, fermented milk and dairy dishes are prohibited, as they oxidize the body and interfere with its cleansing.

You should also exclude purchased juices with a large amount of sugar and preservatives, any broths based on meat and fish, caffeinated products – coffee and tea.
