How to eat bread and not smooth (the secret of the oldest Parisian bakery)
 

In nutrition, there is such a thing as a “French paradox.” Every day, the French eat fatty foods, not caring about the number of calories, but at the same time keep the brand of one of the healthiest and slimmest nations.

And, as we know, the French love bread, pastries, because the French baguette – one of the most famous symbols of this country. The French approach the choice of bread very carefully. Most of the local bread is made from wholemeal flour. It has a minimum of salt and no crumbs of sugar.

Channel 1 + 1 journalist Valeria Kovtun saw with her own eyes what bread is baked in the oldest bakery in Paris. And she found out why Parisian women remain slender, despite their passion for bread.
