How to determine portion size using your hands
 

Nutritionists have figured out how to determine your food ration without weighing every ingredient. Just measure the food by eye with your hands!

The first method

It is simpler and easier to understand – the fist method. The volume of your stomach on an empty stomach is equal in volume to a fist, so you need to put so much food in it so as not to exceed the norm. Otherwise you

you stretch the walls of your stomach and every time you want to eat more and more. when the meal ends, just wait for the satiety feeling, which is known to be 15 minutes late.

 

The second method

More troublesome, but also more accurate:

– a woman’s palm is 100 grams of white meat;

– a woman’s fist is equal to 200 grams or one glass;

– thumbnail – this is 5 grams and your rate of sunflower oil per day;

– respectively 2 thumbnails – 10 grams or a tablespoon;

– a handful of palm is two tablespoons of liquid, as well as the norm of a serving of salad or side dish.
