How to choose real butter

The choice of butter today is great and varied. Therefore, there is a risk of grabbing the first one that comes across without looking at the composition, and after all, under the same brand there can be both a spread and a milk-containing product. And the butter itself is different in quality.

High-quality real butter is a source of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It is important for the functioning of the brain, for nourishing our skin, enhancing immunity and strengthening the walls of blood vessels.

Estimate the cost of the product, compare with the neighboring ones. Don’t be fooled by low cost and promotional items.

Do not try to unfold the package and assess the quality of the oil by sight. You can check it only at home.

Choose an oil from a trusted manufacturer that tastes familiar to you. Do you want a new one? Check with those you trust.

Now manufacturers are also being counterfeited, imitating packaging. Therefore, if you take butter on the market, take it by weight or examine the packaging – usually scammers do not indicate phone numbers on the packaging.

Check the production date and shelf life – real oil is stored for 75 days at temperatures below 10 degrees from the day of production.

Don’t take butter from counters, only from the fridge or freezer.

The exception is homemade farm butter, which you can taste. It is usually fresh and disassembled quickly. Focus on your taste, real oil has no criteria – fatter-lighter-saltier, it all depends on the quality of the raw materials and recipes.

Real oil:

– creamy taste

– with a dry and shiny cut

– white in winter and yellow in summer

– spreads well on a sandwich.
