Despite the abundance of ready-made sweets in stores, culinary enthusiasts often prefer to prepare homemade desserts. At the same time, hand-made cakes, pastries and cookies can be not only tasty, but also beautifully decorated. To bake original cookies, you need special molds and grooves, and you can decorate finished products with icing and a variety of sprinkles.

Nuts stuffed with boiled condensed milk

Try baking delicious homemade nut-shaped cookies. To make it, you need to purchase a special apparatus that works on the principle of a waffle iron and has semicircular indentations in order for the dough to take the desired shape.

You will need: – 500 g flour; – 100 g granulated sugar; – 3 eggs; – a pack of good butter; – a pinch of soda; – a pinch of vanillin; – a pinch of salt; – 1 can of boiled condensed milk; – 200 g of walnuts.

Instead of walnuts, you can add pine nuts to the cream.

Prepare the dough first. Crack the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites into a fluffy dense foam, adding a little salt to them. Mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla and mash until white. Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand so that it softens. Chop it up and add to the yolks along with the flour. Mix thoroughly, then add whipped proteins and soda to the dough – this will give the mass a lightness.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Heat the machine, put a piece of dough in each slot and cover the mold with a lid, the bulges in it will give the liver the desired look. Bake the nuts for 2-3 minutes. Remove the finished cookie halves from the mold and cool. Repeat the operation until the dough is finished.

Prepare the cookie filling. Crack the nuts, remove them from the shells. Crush the kernels in a mortar, and then mix with boiled condensed milk. Fill each half of the future nut with the resulting mixture, and then fasten them in pairs. Serve cookies with tea or coffee.

If you like softer cookies, serve them not immediately, but an hour after cooking.

You will need: – a pack of butter; – 400 g flour; – 1 tbsp. fresh cottage cheese; – 100 g of sugar; – 100 g of white chocolate; – 100 g of dark chocolate; – coconut flakes; – multi-colored confectionery dressing.

For the dough, mix 150 g of softened butter with cottage cheese, then add flour in portions. The dough should be firm and slightly crumbly. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Roll out the finished dough in thin layers and cut out blank circles for future cookies with a glass or a metal notch.

Melt the remaining butter. Brush each cookie with butter and sugar, then fold in half and in half again to form a triangle. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. While it is cooking, melt the white and dark chocolate in separate containers. Brush baked and slightly cooled cookies with one of the types of chocolate and garnish with coconut or confectionery sprinkles. Serve dessert when the frosting is completely set.
