1. Boil water in a saucepan until medium boil – about 3 centimeters, this is quite enough for all the eggs to be completely immersed in it and cook evenly.

2. Place the quail eggs in a saucepan, set the heat to medium so that the quail eggs bounce slightly in the water.

3. Wait 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the desired degree of crease.

4. Drain the boiling water, pour cold water into this saucepan – and you can serve.

Quail eggs by seconds

For the purity of the experiment, eggs of the same size were taken, they were all placed simultaneously in boiled water. After boiling water again, every 30 seconds, one egg was caught from the pan. Here are all of them in order, sectional view:
