How to boil beets in cubes
You will need – peeled and chopped beets, water
- Wash, peel and chop the beets into large pieces.
It is better to do this with gloves, since raw beet juice is not easily washed from the hands.
- Put the beetroot cubes in a saucepan, add water and put on fire.
- Add a spoonful of sugar so that the beets do not lose color, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water – the beets are cooked in pieces, peeled and cut immediately for a side dish, salad or vinaigrette.
