5. Salt and pepper the beans, cook for another 5 minutes.

6. Drain off excess water so that a little water remains, at the level of the beans.

7. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of flour (flat) and mix thoroughly.

8. Leave on low heat for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly – to thicken the mass.

9. Turn off heat, add garlic and chopped cilantro. To mix everything.

10. Serve in a deep plate as a side dish.

 

You can add sour cream or a little tomato paste to beans cooked in this way, season with oregano or cumin, the dish will have a richer taste and subtle aroma.
