Having mixed them with water from the bay into an aroma lamp, you need to take a comfortable position and inhale aromatic healing vapors for 10-15 minutes. You need to repeat the sessions daily. The course of strengthening the immune system lasts one and a half to two weeks. This composition also has a calming effect, and therefore the procedure carried out in the evening will be the most useful for the body.

Another useful for immunity is the following composition of aromatic oils: 2 drops of orange, the same amount of rosemary, 3 drops of ginger and a drop of bergamot. This mixture, on the contrary, invigorates, and therefore it is better to strengthen the immune system with its help in the morning.

General contraindications for aromatherapy

The procedure should not be carried out in a poorly ventilated area. Long-term inhalation of aromatic oils can cause dizziness, nausea, and sometimes even loss of consciousness.
