“Healthy nails diet” and other life hacks for home care

Nails are a mirror of health. But often changes in their texture and color are associated with improper care. Here are some tips to help you fix your mistakes.

  1. Wash the dishes only with gloves, constant wetting and drying leads to deformation of the nail bed.

  2. Apply moisturizer to cuticles, nails and hands daily. A body cream will work, but a urea cream is best.

  3. Add foods rich in vitamin B to your diet, including meat, liver, eggs, legumes, and any nuts.

  4. Cover your nails with a protective gel, if using polish, choose products without toluene and formaldehyde.

  5. Only remove the coating with a liquid without acetone, this component removes moisture.

  6. Do not file your nails so that they remain sharp corners, round them.

  7. Do a professional manicure – sign up to one master and only to a salon where sterile instruments are used.

  8. Do not neglect procedures that strengthen your nails. At home, make compresses with oils such as olive, castor, burdock, pine or cedar oil. In the salon, do not give up paraffin therapy and strengthening with special powder. Japanese and hot manicure is useful for healing.
