Nine years ago, Natalia Teixeira from Brazil, at the age of 25, weighed 120 kg. Natalia could eat up to 10 bars of chocolate a day. Her daily diet included fast food, chips, soda and other junk food. It got to the point that Natalia was nicknamed the most complete woman in the country. It was very disappointing and extremely unhealthy.
This could have continued further, but just one step influenced the development of events. Natalia decided to register on Instagram. She posted her first post in which she showed off a figure in a casual outfit. Then users began to shower the girl with unflattering comments. Teixeira had to delete her account.
Waking up the next morning, Natalia felt “fat and disgusting.” Teixeira knew she needed to act. She quit her office job, which forced her to be sedentary, and also hired a personal trainer. At the same time, she did not apply exhausting diets and severely limit herself in nutrition, but only refused sweets and completely excluded chocolate from the diet.
Natalia began to visit the gym every day. Within five minutes after the start of the lesson, the girl fell, she wanted to cry and scream. However, she got up and continued to walk towards the goal. After several months of a new lifestyle, Teixeira’s weight began to melt. After 4 years, she lost 50 kg, and only 12% fat remained in her body. Natalia became interested in bodybuilding, and the coach prepared her for the competition, in which she took sixth place, and six months later – the third.
Natalia began to actively maintain a personal blog and tell her story in it, inspiring girls to make a transformation. According to Teixera, she was able to discover an unusual way to lose weight. It was not at all about restricting nutrition and active training, but changing the way of thinking.
I got married at 18 after meeting my husband Gilson. At that time, I had just started working as an accountant, sitting at the computer all day. All I did was eat and sit. I ate a huge amount of junk food – 5000 extra calories a day. When that night I felt that fat was already dripping down my sides, I decided to change. However, the point is not only that I began to eat differently or started going to the gym, I changed my way of thinking. This became my key to transformation, – the girl writes on her personal blog.
According to Natalia, she was able to achieve her goals only because she completely changed the approach to the problem. Now Teixeira is actively studying psychology, is engaged in bodybuilding and teaches girls the basics of proper weight loss. The husband and children are proud of Natalia, who now considers herself one of the happiest women in the world!
