Fat Burns Instantly: Sassi Water Recipe
 

The fact that you need to drink up to 2 liters of water a day does not know, except perhaps a lazy one. You will need:

  • 2 liters of clean water 
  • a tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 10-12 peppermint leaves

Preparation:

 

1. Cut the cucumber and lemon into thin slices.

2. Peel and grate the ginger until mushy.

3. Stir everything and add to water.

4. Tear the mint with your hands and add it to the drink.

5. Place the drink in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours. Ideally, if you cook it in the evening, so that by the morning it will be ready.

How to drink

  • Drink one glass of Sassi water in the morning on an empty stomach, and then throughout the day, do the rest.
  • Add a mandarin or orange to the Sassi water, and a few sage leaves for variety.
  • The drink must be kept in the refrigerator at all times, otherwise it loses its beneficial properties.
  • Sassi water is recommended to be drunk within 4 days before starting any diet. It stimulates the body’s work, speeds up metabolism, and this is a guarantee that weight loss will occur faster.
