In those days, when there were no pharmacies with plenty of cures for many diseases, our ancestors used nature’s gifts in their natural form. One of the plants that relied on hopes is viburnum. Do not forget about it now. After all, those nutrients and vitamins that we get from food, much more effective than those that enter the body with pills.
Ammount of vitamin C is more than in lemons almost 1.5 times, and iron salts – as much as 5 times! The medicinal properties of viburnum are based on its composition of vitamins (A, C, R, K, E), microelements, and other useful substances: pectin and volatile amino acids. There are minerals as well: iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, calcium.

What cures Kalina in the human body
Strengthens the immune system, increases resistance to infections and diseases. Viburnum has a positive effect on the skin condition, improves metabolism, and renews the cells, thereby slowing the aging process. Fruits have anti-inflammatory qualities that support the immune system and accelerate the healing process.
Renews cells. Vitamin C is part of the viburnum, promotes cell regeneration, removes excess cholesterol from the body. Besides, it reduces the risk of blood clots, prevents the development of allergies. Berry removes from the body toxins and wastes.
To improve metabolism. It is the vitamin E located in the viburnum.
Restores the nervous system. Substances in viburnum help with migraines, reduce the level of nervousness, struggling with insomnia. Kalina also regulates blood pressure and metabolism, restores the nervous system.

Take viburnum berries – 400 g fresh dill – 1 bunch parsley fresh – 1 bunch garlic – 3 cloves, Apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp, coriander powder – 1 tsp, red pepper powder – 1 pinch, sugar – 2,5 tbsp, salt – 1 tsp.
Viburnum berries without branches pour 100 ml of water and sent them to the fire. Kalina cook until soft. Grind the garlic and herbs. Hot Kalina triturated through a fine sieve, adjusting the sauce’s thickness with water in which boiled Kalina. Add in grated Kalina garlic, herbs, salt, sugar, coriander, red pepper, and vinegar. After all the ingredients of the sauce mixture, I recommend trying the sauce. You may want to tweak the proportions before cooking, add sugar, salt, or other spices according to your taste. Send the cranberry sauce on the fire and check, constantly stirring, for 5 minutes after boiling.
