– Take the eggs out of the refrigerator, wash them thoroughly;
– Put the onion skins in a saucepan and pour boiling water for 2-3 hours;
– When the husk is steamed and gives its color to the water, put the eggs in the pan and boil for 10 minutes;
– Turn off the heat and leave the eggs to cool in the water with the husks;
– Remove the cooled eggs from the pan and wipe with a napkin.
