Today we offer you a program to improve flexibility and mobility – Mobility RX. You probably know that the usual weights and cardio programs do not enhance your mobility and increase the range of motion. It is therefore necessary additionally to pay attention to this, if you want to keep your body healthy. The Mobility complex RX will help you to improve the mobility of joints, strength of muscles and flexibility of the body.

In Mobility RX program includes two workouts: Workout 1 and Workout 2. Both videos start with a quick overview of the exercises and techniques. Shows you what muscle groups work and what function is each exercise. After the first execution of the training this introductory part (the short introduction) can be skipped. The training itself lasts 30 minutes. In both workout mark Lauren offers 4 exercises that are repeated 3 rounds. Please note that in each round of modification exercises is slightly different.

Before performing the workout make sure to warm-up. The complex Mobility of RX includes a live Warm Up (9 minutes) where you expect the exercise to prepare the joints and muscles to the load. Along with workout the total workout time is 40 minutes. Mobility RX is suitable for all levels, no restrictions on the execution of the program there.

Mark Lauren recommends that you alternate between Workout 1 and Workout 2. Exercise 6 times a week, if you don’t perform other programs. Or do Mobility RX between intense workouts. For the lessons, you will not need additional equipment, but to perform one exercise in the first workout you will need a wall or other vertical structure. Workout is performed barefoot.
