September brings about changes in children’s food. The day is slipping away from the watchful eye of a parent, and you receive the alert, and what’s coming to my child? If the dining room with lush buns and greasy burgers does not suit you, consider a healthy snack that the student can take with you.

Sandwich with meat

Or salad green leaf, bell pepper, avocado, and chicken. Pita bread can be wrapped loaf, but you can envelopes them, marking them with a toothpick.
Canapés
This is the option of sandwiches or open sandwiches in one bite. Connect olives, bell pepper, a slice of lean meat, and a biscuit. Or pieces of chopped fruit – banana, Apple, grapes. Cheese option – a hard cheese with meat and bread. The only negative was the lack of sauce, but they can be pre-impregnated or put separately in a container.
A tuna sandwich
You can use not only tuna but also something low cost. Most importantly, the fish should be in its own juice and is dry enough not to leak into the sandwich. Take the tuna, mash with a fork into a paste, and put it on the bread. Add the vegetables – cabbage, lettuce, or sweet peppers.
Envelopes of puff pastry
To save time, buy ready-made puff pastry, defrost and roll out, cut into squares. It remains to fill future envelopes. It can be a piece of Apple sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, chopped pear, raisins with nuts, banana. As well as cottage cheese filling – sweet or savory, meat, fish, cheese with herbs.
Omelet with a filling
The advantage of the omelet is that it will retain the shape and will not spread. Protein snacks perfectly saturate for a few hours and encourage your child to eat healthily. Scrambled eggs you can whip with the filling – vegetables or pieces of meat, mushrooms or olives, and you can roast thinly and therefore have to wrap in the roll. Omelet well waits for big changes, if you wrap it in foil.
The most important thing – before you give your child a snack to school, it is necessary to “test” it home. You must be sure that the child will like the food that you wrapped up with him and he’ll eat everything.
