Pizza with potatoes always pleases us. Grate 3-4 peeled raw potatoes, add 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 100 g of grated cheese and salt to taste. Knead a homogeneous mass, distribute it evenly in a frying pan and send it to the oven for 20 minutes at 200 °C. Meanwhile, fry 150 g of mushrooms with onion plates and 2 diced tomatoes until golden brown. Pepperoni sausage, cut into slices, can also serve as a hearty filling. Add fresh herbs to taste, spread the filling on the potato cake and sprinkle with grated cheese. The pizza should stay in the oven at 180 °C for another 40 minutes, so that it will acquire a ruddy crust and a wonderful aroma.
Ginger fun
It’s time to remember the autumn vegetable itself and make a pizza with pumpkin. Stir in 100 ml of water 1 tbsp. l. yeast. Add 150 g of corn and wheat flour, 1 tsp of salt, 30 ml of olive oil and 240 ml of water. Knead the dough and let it rest for half an hour. At this time, fry in oil 1 kg of pumpkin cubes. About a third is set aside, the rest is mashed with a pinch of nutmeg. The dough is rolled out in a layer, smeared with pumpkin puree, spread the pumpkin cubes, onion half rings and pieces of mozzarella. It remains to bake the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 °C. This variation will instantly lift the mood of everyone around.
Turkey on beans
Autumn pizza with bell pepper and turkey is another good variation for a family dinner. Prepare a sourdough from 100 ml of milk and 10 g of yeast. Let it grow, roll out the tortilla and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 °C. Then we grease it with cream cheese, spread 150 g of medium-chopped spinach and leeks, sprinkle 100 g of grated cheddar and put mozzarella mugs. Soak 2 green jalapeno peppers in the oven until the skin turns black. Carefully remove it, cut the peppers into rings and decorate the pizza. Bring it to readiness in the oven at 200 °C. A harmonious combination of flavors will make a lasting impression.
Sweet couple
Why don’t we make a dessert pizza? Spicy gorgonzola is perfectly combined with a delicate sweet pear. No wonder this duo is so loved by Italians. Knead the dough from 250 g of flour, 150 ml of water, 10 g of yeast, 3 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of brown sugar and a pinch of salt. After an hour, we divide it into two parts and tamp each into a round baking dish, greased with oil. Finely crumble 200 g of gorgonzola and sprinkle half of both tortillas. Spread the slices of hard pear and cover it with the remaining cheese. Bake the pizza with gorgonzola for 15 minutes at 220 °C, and before serving, sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
