Rub the berries through a sieve, combine with 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, rub in the face and leave for 20 minutes. This mask deeply restores skin cells. A mask with mango butter will give a fresh and even shade to the face. Mix 1 tsp of mango butter and sesame oil, heat in a water bath to 50 °C and add the yolk. Apply the mask in an even layer on the skin and remove it after 25 minutes.

After a hot summer, the hands need mainly moisture. Mix the grated cucumber with 100 ml of kefir and 1 tbsp of linseed oil. Rub the mask into the skin of your hands, put on plastic gloves and hold it for half an hour.

It has been proven that the skin of the hands ages faster than the skin on the face, so a light rejuvenation will not hurt it. Mix 2 tablespoons of dried plantain leaves, turnips, calendula and chamomile. Fill them with 300 ml of boiling water in a glass, cover with a saucer, insist for 6 hours and filter. From the infusion, we make baths and keep the hands in them for 30 minutes.

Cosmetics based on beekeeping products have repeatedly proved their effectiveness. Homemade hand masks are no exception. Combine 30 g of honey with a crushed aloe leaf, 1 tsp castor oil and a drop of grapefruit oil. Apply the mask to your hands with massaging movements and wash it off after 25 minutes.

Rough skin will be softened by a parsley mask. We pass a bunch of greens through a meat grinder, squeeze out 1 tbsp of juice, combine it with 2 tbsp of cottage cheese and 1 tsp of fish oil. Rub the mask into the skin of the hands, soak in gloves for 20 minutes, wash off the remnants with water. This mask, among other things, will lighten the pigment spots.

After the vacation, the nails also need to be put in order, especially if they have become dull and flaky. What products are useful for nails? Sea salt has proven itself well. Mix 1 tbsp salt with 1 tbsp lemon juice, ¼ tsp red pepper and 2-3 drops of lemon oil. Rub the mask into the nail plates for a couple of minutes and rinse with water.

The usual vegetables from the garden have a beneficial effect on the nails. Potatoes make your nails grow with a vengeance. Rub ¼ of the tuber on a fine grater, mix with 1 tbsp. l. sour cream and 3-4 drops of iodine. Apply this mass to the nails and leave for 20 minutes. Cabbage makes nails strong and smooth. Boil 3-4 cabbage leaves in 200 ml of milk, mash them in mashed potatoes, add 1 tsp of mayonnaise and vegetable oil. Leave the mask on the nails for 20 minutes and rinse with water.

Periodically arrange for the nails to bathe in the baths. Heat 30 ml of olive oil to 40 °C, pour in 400 ml of warm water, 1 tsp of lemon juice and 5 drops of iodine. Soak your fingertips in the bath for at least 15 minutes. This procedure deeply restores the structure of the nails.

September is the best time to prepare your hair tired from the heat for the cold. What products are good for your hair? Among others, experts in home cosmetology call pumpkin. Mix 100 g of pumpkin puree with 1 tsp of burdock oil, 1 tsp of honey and rub the resulting mixture into the hair roots. For a warming effect, put on a cellophane cap and wrap your head with a towel. After 30 minutes, the mask can be washed off.

The mask with mountain ash has a deep regenerating effect. Whisk in a blender 100 g of berries, rub through a sieve, mix with egg yolk and 2 tbsp. l. kefir. We apply the mask to the roots of the hair and insulate it with cellophane and a towel. For another recipe, knead the peach into a mush, mix with 3 tbsp. l. cream and 5 drops of oregano oil. We distribute the mask over the entire length of the hair and wash it off after half an hour.

The shine and beauty of the hair will return the lotion on herbs. Mix 2 tablespoons of chamomile, rosemary, marjoram and nettle, pour 300 ml of white wine and leave in a dark place for a week. Strain the lotion and use it for rinsing after shampooing. To do this, dilute it with water in equal proportions.
