These include chicken and turkey, low-fat white fish, durum wheat pasta, tofu cheese, white and cauliflower, and white beans. Bananas and white pears are allowed from fruits. It is better to drink all this with white tea and water without gas. It is worth considering that such food is rich in carbohydrates, so a single serving should be modest and should not exceed the volume of 300 g. Stick to a fractional diet with 6-7 meals every 2-3 hours, and then you will not have time to get hungry.

For the second day, we will have to make a list of red products. It will include red varieties of fish and meat. However, only in boiled, baked or stewed form and without salt. Since not everyone can handle such a test, it is better to stock up on low-fat kefir or whey in advance. They will help to subdue the appetite and safely complete the diet marathon. The main advantage of the color diet is a varied and well-balanced menu. If all the conditions are met, you can lose 3-4 kg in a week.
