vanillin 0.3 (teaspoon)
table salt 0.5 (teaspoon)

chicken egg 3.0 (piece)
lemon zest 1.0 (teaspoon)

Method of preparation

Dissolve the pieces of chocolate in boiling milk, add sugar, finely chopped crumb of white bread, vanillin, egg yolks. Mix everything well. Add whipped egg whites, salt, grated lemon zest. Stir the mixture gently, pour into a greased dish and bake in the oven. Serve with fried or boiled potatoes.
