The hospitality sector has been affected for a few years like all sectors by the crisis, but from various points of opinion, the economic effect is not the only one that makes the sector lethargic.
Many ideas have stopped, conservatism and letting the years go by have given rise to ideas like the one we announce today.
Each time the sector is becoming more professional and qualified labor is needed, with the consequent demand for professionals that will begin to rebound in the years to come.
Under these premises, Chef Alberto Chicote and the Foundation of the Distance Education University (FUNED) have launched a training program for hoteliers.
Four training programs have been developed in the online modality related to catering and hospitality:
- Catering management.
- Innovation and trends in restoration. New techniques to stand out in the sector.
- Social networks, new opportunities for hoteliers.
- Kitchen and living room scandals: analyze, buy and sell improving profit.
Through the online platform designed by FUNED, participants will be taught techniques, ideas, principles of restoration, leisure and tourism, in order to provide them with extensive knowledge that, accompanied by their experience, will make them progress in their careers or business.
