Method of preparation
Rinse the chicken carcass and cut into small portions (4-6 per portion), chop the onion, put in a saucepan, add oil and simmer over low heat until browned. THEN INTO THE ONION, PUT CHICKEN MEAT, PEPPER, SALT, CHOPPED GREENS, tomato wedges, crushed garlic, vinegar or lemon juice, a little water or broth.
