Cellulite-provoking foods

Often, the fight against cellulite is limited to cosmetics, massages and grueling workouts. There are also products, the use of which makes cellulite much more noticeable, and, perhaps, by reducing their consumption, you will achieve a better result.

Sweet

Namely, confectionery – sweets, creams, pancakes, cookies and other sweets. These foods increase the amount of fat and cause bumps under the skin. Many manufactured products also contain trans fats, which can cause inflammation.

The sugar found in juices and soda is no better, and maybe even deposited on the body much faster. Drink plain still water and eat dark chocolate, dried fruit, and natural sweeteners.

Fast food

Fast food contains a lot of fat that can damage your figure. By themselves, fats are mandatory for the body, only you need to choose healthy ones – vegetable ones. Fats from hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, fried pies will make cellulite more noticeable.

Forget margarine, heavy cream, limit butter. Do not fry the dishes, but switch to steamed-boiled ones. Don’t buy sausage, sausages, mayonnaise.

Salt

Salt retains water and provokes edema, and also promotes the development of cellulite. Salt consumption should be limited to one and a half grams per day.

Use natural flavor enhancers – herbs, spices as seasonings. And instead of table salt, use sea salt.

Soda and coffee

In addition to sugar, carbonated drinks contain a host of chemical compounds needed for preservation and flavor. So-called dietary substitutes are no better – they contain less sugar, but still a lot for your consumption.

Caffeine provokes the formation of cellulite if it is contained in carbonated drinks, and the amount of natural coffee should be limited to 2-3 cups a day – and your skin will thank you.

White flour

White wheat flour and products made from it are delicious, but harmful to your figure. In addition, baked goods contain yeast, which is difficult to digest and provoke the formation of cellulite.

Bake bread on your own or buy products made from whole grain flour, with the addition of bran, healthy seeds and without the use of yeast, but with natural sourdoughs.

Sauces

Purchased sauces, due to the content of preservatives and high fat content, are enemies of your figure and allies of cellulite. Eliminate them altogether, or at least limit mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. Another option is to make your own sauce based on yogurt or sour cream, seasoning with natural herbs.
