Calf stretch while standing, a technique of performing the exercise:
- Put heel of right foot on a step (on the stand). Straighten your knee, bend forward and grasp the toe of the foot with the right hand, as shown in the figure. Left knee slightly bent, back straight.
- Shift your weight to your left leg and rest against the thigh with the left hand.
- Pull the toe of the right foot until you feel tension in the calf muscles. Change legs.
