Breakfast for the lazy: how to cook in a thermos

Cooking in a thermos is not a new culinary life hack, but, on the contrary, an unfairly forgotten old one. Thermos does not require our time and food cooked in it retains much more vitamins and nutrients.

The thermos perfectly keeps heat for a very long time, and any cereal filled with boiling water has time to swell and cook in it. Yes, this is not the fastest way to cook, and you should take care of cooking in a thermos in advance.

But that is why this option is interesting: you can mix all the ingredients in the evening in order to get a freshly prepared delicious breakfast in the morning.

In a thermos, not only cereals are perfectly cooked, but vegetables, fish and meat. In general, an hour of cooking on a fire equates to 5 hours of cooking in a thermos, provided that it is intact and keeps the temperature well.
