Evaluation is largely subjective. Bad training for you is not necessarily low-quality training. Perhaps this is a training that is not suitable for you or is not focused on you. See Evaluation of training quality and Circumstances affecting training evaluation.
However, bad training does happen. Bad training is training
- made unprofessionally (poor quality),
- clearly not as advertised
- it is no coincidence that caused significant damage to a significant number of its participants.
Any of these signs, especially the combination of these signs, indicates that this training is bad.
