Anti-wrinkle diet

The diet “for the skin” simultaneously solves several problems. 1) Helps to globally normalize weight by reducing subcutaneous fat. 2) Provides vitamins, minerals and amino acids to the cells that supply collagen and elastin to the skin. 3) Activates skin immunity, which is constantly exposed to external influences.

Minus white flour, plus green tea

For beauty of the face, give up animal fats, products from premium wheat flour and alcohol… They form acids in the body that negatively affect muscle tissue.

So that the diet does not seem boring and monotonous, eat unpolished rice, buckwheat, citrus fruits, apples, persimmons, cabbage, beets, carrots.
