4. Focus T 25

This 7 intense workouts that combines the best of other programs Sean: Insanity Max 30, Focus T25, and Asylum. You waiting power, aerobic and plyometric loads, and a separate video for Cora. The program can be performed after Focus T25 as an intensive preparation for the complex Insanity.

6. Insanity
