About a healthy lifestyle (for children)

The family is the first source from which a child learns about a healthy lifestyle. It is important for children to develop the right habits from an early age that will help them grow stronger and be less sick. Physical activity, healthy foods and a comfortable psychological environment contribute to harmonious development.

The main health factors are fresh air and movement. The more the child is on the street, the better. Places where there is a lot of greenery and few cars are suitable for walking. During walks, children need to constantly move – run, jump, ride downhill. Ball, skates, bicycle are the most useful toys. Correct clothing for walking does not hinder movement, allows the skin to breathe, it is comfortable and cool in it.

Bad weather is not a reason to forget about a healthy lifestyle. Fresh air is good for children.

When your baby is indoors, he also needs cool, dust-free air. You need to regularly ventilate the room, do wet cleaning.

At the age of six, it’s time to pick up a sports section. Physical exercises develop strength, endurance, coordination, temper, train the heart and blood vessels. Classes bring joy, give a boost of vivacity.

Another important condition for a healthy lifestyle is nutrition. Up to six months, complementary foods are not required. At this age, breastfeeding is sufficient. Older children should be given savory cereals and vegetable purees. Vegetables and fruits are an essential part of the diet. The benefits of food depend on how you cook it. Steamed food retains the maximum vitamins.

The child’s health is influenced by the psychological atmosphere in which he lives. The work of the whole organism depends on the emotions experienced. Scientists have proven that there are ailments arising from stress and anxiety. Children are acutely aware of the tension and turmoil, and the irritation and fatigue of their parents is transmitted to them. In those families where children grow up surrounded by warmth and care, there is no place for disease.

The power of thought affects our entire life. A positive attitude is conducive to recovery. The more often a mother thinks about problems and troubles, the more she attracts all new reasons for anxiety. Focus on what you are doing to keep yourself from getting sick. Use positive phrases, such as “We are feeling great with the baby.” Joy, laughter and smiles strengthen the immune system more effectively than pharmacy products.

There are only a few conditions that can maintain and improve health: walking more, moving, breathing fresh air, eating right, maintaining a good mood. The future happiness and well-being of the child depends on the observance of these simple rules.
