5 recipes for how to use coffee in body care

Coffee is an excellent natural antioxidant and a very effective exfoliator, which allows you to clear the surface layer of the skin from dead cells and give the skin a radiance. A hair mask made from coffee can bring dull hair back to life. Most of the ingredients in the suggested recipes are already in your kitchen, so what are you waiting for?

1) Face mask Add coffee to your morning face mask and your skin will glow all day long. Coffee is rich in natural antioxidants that remove toxins from the body, tone the skin and improve its color.

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons ground coffee (or coffee grounds) 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 3 tablespoons whole milk, cream or yogurt 1 tablespoon honey

Recipe: Mix all the ingredients and apply the mask in a thin layer on the face. Leave on for 15 minutes, then remove with a towel soaked in hot water. 2) Facial scrub A scrub made from natural ingredients is the best way to cleanse the skin of dead cells and smooth fine wrinkles. Ingredients: 3 tablespoons ground coffee (it’s best not to use coffee grounds in this recipe) 1 tablespoon vegetable oil of your choice – olive, almond or grape seed oil 1 tablespoon cane sugar Recipe: Mix dry ingredients, then add oil. The amount of sugar depends on what consistency you want the scrub to be. Apply the finished scrub on your face and gently massage in circular motions, then rinse with warm water. 3) Hair mask This amazing mask will add shine and silkiness to your hair. The antioxidants in coffee strengthen hair follicles, making hair stronger and thicker. Ingredients: Coffee Water Recipe: Brew strong coffee, add some water and cool to room temperature. Apply the mask to your hair, put on a plastic cap and wash off the mask with warm water after 20 minutes. 4) Anti-cellulite body scrub And although cellulite is not easy to deal with, with regular use, this scrub works. Coffee beans, thanks to the chlorogenic acid they contain, have a fat-burning property, and coconut oil smoothes and moisturizes the skin well. Ingredients: 1 cup ground coffee ½ cup white and cane sugar 1 cup coconut oil Recipe: Mix all ingredients. After taking a shower, apply the scrub to problem areas and massage in circular motions for 60 seconds. Then wash off with warm water. Tip: Use a bathroom stopper, as coffee grounds can clog pipes. 5) Body scrub After the first use of this wonderful scrub, you will notice that your skin looks fresher and healthier. Caffeine cleans pores well, and thanks to the rough texture, the scrub perfectly exfoliates dead skin, leaving it smooth and tender. Ingredients: ½ cup ground coffee ½ cup coconut sugar ¼ cup coconut oil 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Recipe: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. If your coconut oil has hardened, first warm it up gently until it melts, then let it cool to room temperature. Only then mix it with the rest of the ingredients. This is necessary so that the rest of the ingredients do not dissolve in the oil. This scrub is suitable for whole body care. Leftover scrub can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container. : stylecaster.com : Lakshmi
