These things moms of boys will never know
1. Frozen : impossible to cut it! At Christmas, they had the right to the whole panoply. The disguise, the DVD, the CD, the magic wand… And I, now, I know the song by heart and even find myself humming the famous “Liberated, delivered” in the street. Deliver me !!
2. Same fight for Violet. Fortunately, though, I don’t know all the songs in the series.
3. Since I have daughters, I see life in pink, literally, as well as figuratively … And sometimes also in purple !
4. By dint of having to get upset every morning, about their dress (yes, the word pants is not part of their vocabulary), I had to set up a schedule with the day of the skirt dress and the day of the pants. It worked well at first, but much less now. Go find out why …
5. I also became a little dressing table. Frozen braid (yes Madam!), Quilts, ponytail… In the morning, you shouldn’t be in a hurry!
6. I have created a special fund for the purchase of strips. I no longer count the number of elastics, barrettes and other scrunchies lost.
7. The urges to pee when shopping and wet clothes when, after looking for toilets everywhere, we decide to make them do pee in nature. Of course, for boys, it’s easier!
8. Their fascination with the make-up. As soon as I put on a hint of mascara or lipstick, and it’s pretty rare, they notice it. Too cute !
9. It must shine. Girls love them Sequins, and that’s all !
10. Their passion for high heels. As soon as they can steal my shoes, the parade begins and the clack clack of the heels on the floor too. I take this opportunity to say sorry to my neighbors …
11. Ditto for hand bags. They are fans of it! But there, no need to apologize to the neighbors, it is an inclination which fortunately does not make noise …
