10 symptoms of seasonal depression
Seasonal depression is mainly linked to the lack of light. Its symptoms are similar to those of depression but they always appear at the same time: in autumn or winter, for at least 2 consecutive years.

Unexplained fatigue

The winter months are certainly particularly tiring because the body must fight both the cold and the microbes but if the fatigue is persistent and without apparent cause (lack of sleep, heavy workload, etc.), it can be a symptom of seasonal depression.

Fatigue results in drowsiness during the day and difficulty getting up in the morning.
