Grate raw potatoes on a fine grater and squeeze through cheesecloth. Leave the juice for 10-15 minutes. When the starch has settled, carefully drain the water, add boiling water, put on low heat and, stirring continuously, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, combine with squeezed potatoes, salt and stir. Pass the pork through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper. Divide the potato mass into 8 parts, put the minced meat inside each and roll it up in the form of a thick cigar. Cook the zeppelins prepared in this way in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Before serving, pour onion sauce, for which chop the onion into strips, fry until golden brown and add sour cream. You can use sour cream or any milk sauce instead of the fatty onion sauce.

- potassium is the main intracellular ion that takes part in the regulation of water, acid and electrolyte balance, participates in the processes of nerve impulses, pressure regulation.
- Chlorine necessary for the formation and secretion of hydrochloric acid in the body.
- Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
- Chrome participates in the regulation of blood glucose levels, enhancing the effect of insulin. Deficiency leads to decreased glucose tolerance.
