“I want to encourage people to be creative with food. Not necessarily for pies, it can be anything. Creativity and an unconventional approach are things that everyone needs, ”says the baker.
Of course, such works are not easy to create: in its raw form, the princess’s face looks perfect, but in the oven it turns into a gnarled mask. But in six months, Jessica perfectly mastered the art of curly baking. And soon they began to buy her creations.
“It was a revelation for me that people pay me to be creative. It’s so cool, ”she smiles.
