PSYchology

— Figure out which desires you have are true, and which ones are invented!

— Yeah. My true desires, coming from the desire body, are to sleep and eat. And my thoughts, coming from the spirit, are to live the life of a decent person. Will you offer me to throw away the desires invented and live true?

Not being a mystic or in any way a religious person, I do believe that my personality is not I, and the reference to the very bodily feelings as a source of authenticity does not convince me.

There is truth of the body, yes.

There are truths of feelings, right.

There is the truth of my mind, and this is also the serious foundation of my life.

And I consider all these truths and make my own decisions.

I agree, that person is sick who is not familiar with himself, who does not hear and does not feel his own body, who is separated from his own living feelings and does not have permission to use his own mind, replacing it with a limited set of stupid beliefs. But I will protest when my colleagues put the truth of the organism on the last pedestal, extolling it as the highest truth of the body or the senses.

It’s like in a family: that family is bad where parents do not hear children. But the family, where children dictate their will to their parents, also lives crookedly.

Together with my colleagues, I feel sad watching digitals (Digital is a large calculating machine in human form), whose overgrown mind does not allow the crushed soul to breathe, but clients of hysteria do not bring much joy either (Hysteric is a human actor who sells his experiences to attract to attention (more often than women), whose passionately always agitated soul burns a writhing body. Of course, a kinesthetic person (The most corporeal person in the world. Feels a lot and does not digest what cannot be felt) is very organic, but he can also be very limited if his large body, with the weight of his demands, drowns out the remnants of the mind.

It is good if these three authorities — body, mind and soul — managed to agree among themselves and stopped quarreling, replacing the steps and stands with help and support. The body warms the soul and prompts the mind, the mind spurs the body and guides the soul, the soul tunes the mind and inspires the body …

All? Pinnacle of personal development? I think no. I believe not. I am happy for a harmonious organism, which is good with itself. But — what to others from this harmonious organism? I like the organism more, which, I hope, has solved its main problems, but the most important thing for me is that this organism, this person, can do something in life. My personality is my instrument, and I am the one who controls the personality, that is, my body, mind and soul. Accordingly, my inalienable rights and obligations include its control, inventory and timely updating:

  • reshape the body
  • straighten the brain
  • change soul…

Just like actors do.
