Why sweets should be eaten not after, but before eating

American researchers decided to turn our understanding of food upside down. They concluded that if you eat sweets before lunch, and not after, as we are accustomed to, the chances of gaining excess weight will be minimized.

The “lunch first, then dessert” rule is hopelessly outdated, according to US scientists. They came to such a revolutionary discovery through a unique experiment with the participation of respondents. The volunteers were divided into 2 groups. The former ate cheesecake before lunch, while others after a meal. As it turned out, people who ate cheesecakes before the main meal were significantly less likely to gain excess weight.

As it turns out, if a person eats a moderate amount of sweets before lunch, they consume much fewer calories for the whole day.

Of course, the important word is “moderate”, because if, relying on this discovery, you allow yourself large portions of sweets, then they, of course, will be reflected on the waist, regardless of whether they are eaten before or after dinner.

“Interrupting appetite is a benefit, not a harm to the body, since, as a result, a person eats much fewer calories and is less likely to suffer from obesity. We advise you to eat dessert before lunch and not listen to those who will object to you, ”the scientists concluded.

Of course, it is difficult to argue with mom or grandmother with their mentor “Sweet – only after eating!”, But if you want to lose weight, you can try this method.

Recall that earlier we talked about how to make delicious desserts without a gram of sugar, and also shared the advice of a psychologist on how to overcome addiction to sweets.
