What unexpected foods are bad for women’s intimate health

The importance of a balanced diet cannot be overemphasized. It is nutrition that affects how we feel every day – and throughout our lives.

Any specialist in a healthy lifestyle will confirm that in order to feel good and look great, you do not need strenuous physical activity, expensive beauty treatments and grueling diets, but constant control of the diet. It is healthy, balanced food that provides everything our body needs. The rest of the methods always remain in the background and only support the result of proper nutrition.

This rule applies to both women and men – and of any age. And representatives of different sexes must adhere to certain nutritional systems.

“Excessive calorie intake and excess weight for women is the path to infertility and diseases of the gynecological sphere. This also gives preconditions for the development of oncological diseases, ”warns Natalya Kruglova, a member of the National Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Russia.

The expert notes: saturated fats are dangerous for women’s health first of all. They should not be present in the daily diet, as they overload a variety of body systems.

Saturated fats are primarily found in processed meats and sausages. Fatty meats, such as pork, lamb and duck, should also be eaten with caution.

You should be equally careful about the amount of carbohydrates in your daily diet. But not all products from this category deserve special control, but those that contain the notorious sugar. Its total amount should not exceed 40-50 grams per day.

First of all, sugar is dangerous not at all for the figure, but for the preservation of youth in general.

“An excess of simple carbohydrates can affect collagen synthesis, and collagen is a structural element of the skin. The quality of its production deteriorates when there is an excess of sugar, ”the specialist explains.

Sugar is found not only in sweets, but, for example, in dairy products with fruit fillings. It is better to avoid them – or give preference to those where the complete absence of sucrose is indicated.

However, completely ignoring dairy and fermented milk products is not the best option. As you know, they contain vitamins A and D, calcium, which are vital for maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails. Fats, but unsaturated ones, should not be avoided – for example, in vegetable oils, fish, nuts. They serve to prevent diseases of the cardiovascular system, and also saturate the body with “reproductive” vitamin E.

Along with this, everyone should not forget about greens, salad plants and non-starchy vegetables rich in fiber. Keeping your gut healthy is an essential rule of wellness and regular renewal!
