The most commonplace that can be made from sour milk is pancakes or pancakes – they will turn out to be very fluffy, airy and tender.
In general, sour milk can be used in any baked goods where kefir is required according to the recipe. And also from the sour product you can make your own cottage cheese or cheese, and even the latter can be used to make cheese cakes and lazy dumplings, add to the casserole.
To cook cottage cheese, heat sour milk over low heat so that it curdles and moves away from the whey. Transfer the heated product to cheesecloth or a clothes bag and leave until the whey is drained. The curd is ready.
Keep the resulting curd under a lid under a press for several days, mix it with spices – you get natural homemade cheese.
