What to do if milk burns
 

If your milk is constantly burning, the following tips and tricks will help you:

– when boiling milk, you need to add a lump or a teaspoon of ordinary sugar to it;

– it is better to rinse the pan in which the milk will be boiled with ice water;

– buy a cast-iron pan for boiling milk – it never burns in it;

 

– grease the sides of the pan with vegetable oil – the milk will not burn and will not run away;

– pour water on the bottom of a saucepan and evaporate it, then add milk;

– if the milk has already burnt, quickly pour it into another pan and put it in cold water, covering with a wet rag so that the taste and smell of burning disappears.
