Both of the power systems exclude the use of products that have been produced by industry or have undergone treatment. The unprocessed diet allowed fruits and vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, oil–based, vegetarianism. - 5 servings of vegetables except for carrots
- 4 servings — fruit and cereals,
- 3 servings of protein foods
- 2 servings of fats
- 1 serving — alternative milk – soy, nut and coconut.
You can not use refined sugar and all foods. It includes dairy products, wheat, wheat flour, semi-finished products—valid 2 servings of alcohol and desserts throughout the week.
Even though pasta is not a diet for weight loss, it can be used efficiently to drop those extra pounds; eliminating sugar is a calorie deficit.

Advantages and disadvantages of peganism
The biggest plus of peganism – the diet of meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, and beneficial vegetable fats, is essential for normal human life.
The disadvantage is the low amount of carbohydrates in the food is below 50 percent of the total diet; as a result, fatigue, weakness, depression, headaches.
