In fact, the whole point, as always, is in the sense of proportion and in the products that we choose. It is possible and even necessary to eat fruits on a diet, replacing them with high-calorie snacks. But what and when?

Fruits that are allowed on various diets:

oranges – their calorie content is only 35 kcal per 100 grams. One orange will provide you with a lot of vitamin C and potassium, it does not contain fat, but it satisfies your appetite perfectly.

Calorie value apples – 42 kcal per 100 grams, they have no fat and cholesterol, but a lot of fiber and vitamin C. Apples are considered the best snack, especially their sour varieties.

 

Apricot contains a lot of fiber, vitamins C and A. There are few sugars in apricot, so you can safely include it in your dietary menu. The calorie content of this berry is 48 kcal per 100 grams.

A handful of sweet cherries will satisfy hunger, provide your body with fiber and vitamin C. It is ideal to have a snack between lunch and dinner. The calorie content of cherries is 47 kcal per 100 grams.

Pineapples will not only help you cope with your appetite, but also contribute to the breakdown of previously accumulated fats. Even canned fruits (in their own juice, not in sugar syrup!) Do not lose their properties. The calorie content of fresh pineapple is 50 kcal per 100 grams.

The enemy of the diet is sweet grapes, which are also very difficult for the stomach to digest. Sugar-rich persimmons, papaya, pomelo, figs, dates, peaches, cherries, and mangoes should also be excluded.
