“Strict diets, on which those who are losing weight, disrupt the metabolism and, contrary to expectations, have the opposite effect – they lead to rapid weight gain,” says Mikhail Moiseevich. – The problems of all diets, as a rule, consist of three “no’s”:

– you can’t eat what you want;

– you can’t eat when you want;

– you can’t eat as much as you want.

Meanwhile, human nature is characterized by a love of goodies, because from delicious food he gets pleasure and a lot of positive emotions. And the complete exclusion of sweets from the diet does not in the best way affect the general well-being and mood – life loses its colors.

The best way out of this situation is not to exclude delicious food from the menu, but to eat less of it. This can be achieved easily if you are a little full before eating.

Magic delicious cocktails that do not lead to fat accumulation will help reduce appetite.

Smoothies for weight loss (per serving):

– a tablespoon of cottage cheese (preferably with a reduced fat content),

– half a glass of fermented baked milk or kefir (you can take milk with reduced fat content),

– a tablespoon of buckwheat porridge,

– berries, fruits (grater), nuts, seeds, oatmeal (teaspoon each). These ingredients can be varied at your own discretion (add something, exclude something).

Mix all ingredients and beat in a blender.

Having eaten such a cocktail 10-15 minutes before a meal, you will get a certain amount of satiety and eat much less than usual at the main meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). In addition, this shake makes it easy to follow the basic rules of losing weight: less fat and sugar in the diet, and without compromising health and mood.
